コモレビ大工|Komorebi Carpentry

施主の家族は2000㎡の敷地の中で庭の整備や小屋や家具を自らの手でつくってきました。

松代の改修工事にも工程の中にDIYを組み込み、「コモレビ大工」と名付けました。

The client’s family has personally cultivated the garden and built sheds and furniture by their own hands across the 2,000 m² site. In the Matsushiro renovation, DIY was incorporated into the construction process itself, a practice we named “Komorebi Carpentry.”

解体工事|Demolition Works

解体工事は1階のみとして、2階バルコニーの解体のみはコモレビ大工が行いました。

Demolition work was limited to the first floor. Only the demolition of the second-floor balcony was carried out as part of the Komorebi Carpentry process.

ウッドデッキ工事|Wood Deck Construction

下地材は全て材料を支給してもらい、近所の木材屋さんから粗挽きの板材を安く仕入れ、一から施工を行いました。

All materials for the substructure were supplied. Rough-sawn boards were purchased at low cost from a nearby lumber supplier, and the construction was carried out entirely by hand from start to finish.

左官工事|Plastering Works

左官屋さんに協力していただき、松代焼を伏せ込む土間製作を行いました。

With the cooperation of a local plasterer, earthen walls incorporating Matsushiro clay were produced.

塗装工事|Painting Works

養生、外壁の補修の塗装、屋内の壁・天井(一部床)の塗装、木部のオイル仕上げを施主の知人やインターンが加わって行いました。

Painting of interior walls and ceilings (including parts of the floor), exterior repair painting, and oil finishing of wooden elements were carried out with the participation of the client’s acquaintances and interns.

家具工事|Furniture Works

セガ材(丸太の半端材)を木材屋さんから格安で購入し、自らで加工して棚を製作

一部製作家具を吊るためのロープワークを行いました。

また庭に落ちている木を使い、クロス掛けとして取り付けました

現在は庭にベンチもつくられるなど、家具が現在も増えていっています。

Affordable cedar logs (half-round timber) were purchased from a lumber supplier and processed by hand to fabricate shelving. Ropework was also carried out to hang selected pieces of custom-made furniture.

Additionally, fallen trees found in the garden were reused and installed as clothes-hanging elements. Furniture continues to be added, including benches constructed in the garden.

造園工事|Landscape Works

造園工事は須坂を拠点にしているガーデンソイル監修のもと、石積みやスロープ作りは施主がユンボを乗りこなしてつくっていきました、石積みに使った岩は、もともとは敷地の前面道路が河川だった時の岩を施主が残していたもので、庭にゴロゴロと転がっているものをロックガーデンとして再使用しました。

Landscape works were carried out under the supervision of a garden-soil specialist based in Suzaka.
Stone stacking and slope formation were executed by the client using a mini excavator.

The stones used for the stone walls were originally remnants from when the road in front of the site was still a river; stones left by the client were reused as part of a rock garden, incorporating those scattered throughout the garden.

コモレビ大工シャツ|Komorebi Carpentry Shirt

コモレビ大工を行う際のユニフォームとしてコモレビシャツを作りました。

As a uniform worn during the Komorebi Carpentry process, a custom “Komorebi Shirt” was created.
